How it works

How does Triangle Totes work?

Pick a bundle and your dates, and we drop the totes off at your door. Pack, move and unpack at your own pace. When your rental ends, we come back and pick up the empty totes. No tape, no cardboard, nothing to break down or haul to the curb.

Do I need to be home for drop-off or pickup?

No. We'll leave the totes at your door on drop-off day. For pickup, just stack the empty totes outside your door and we'll take care of the rest.

Which bundle should I get?

The 10 Totes bundle is a good fit for a dorm room or studio. The 20 Totes bundle works well for a one- or two-bedroom apartment or a small home. The 30 Totes bundle is the one for a three-bedroom house or a bigger move.

How do I book?

Click Reserve now on our homepage, choose your bundle, pick a rental length and drop-off date, then check out. You'll get an email confirming your drop-off and pickup dates.

Delivery & pickup

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within 45 miles of Holly Springs, NC. That includes Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham, Chapel Hill, Morrisville, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Clayton, Wake Forest, Sanford and everywhere in between. Enter your address when you book and we'll confirm you're in our area.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Drop-off and pickup are both free anywhere in our delivery area.

When do you deliver and pick up?

We drop off and pick up on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 3 pm and 7 pm.

Can you pick up from a different address?

Yes. If you're moving, we can drop the totes off at your old place and pick them up from your new one. Just add the pickup address at checkout.

Rental length & pricing

How long can I keep the totes?

You can rent for 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks. Choose the length when you book and your pickup date is set automatically.

How much does it cost?

The 10 Totes bundle is $50 per week, the 20 Totes bundle is $75 per week and the 30 Totes bundle is $100 per week. Longer rentals are priced per week, so 3 weeks of the 10 Totes bundle is $150. Delivery and pickup are included.

What if I need the totes longer?

Email us at [email protected] as soon as you know and we'll do our best to extend your rental.

The totes

How big are the totes?

Each tote holds 27 gallons (about 3.6 cubic feet) and measures roughly 30" x 20" x 15" with the lid on. They're heavy-duty black totes with yellow snap-on lids, reinforced bases and built-in handles, and they stack securely.

How much can I put in a tote?

For easy, safe carrying we recommend keeping each tote under about 50 lb. Put heavy items like books in the bottom and lighter items on top. Our packing guide has more tips.

Are the totes clean?

Yes. Every tote is cleaned between each rental.

How do I label my totes?

Each tote has a clear plastic label holder, and we include label cards with your rental so you can mark each tote by room or contents. Labels are included at no extra cost.

Can I lock the totes?

The lids have slots for zip ties or a small padlock if you'd like to secure them during your move.
